Consignment Clothing In-take

Service Description

Once you've booked a day with us, you can come in anytime during retail hours. We only take one appointment per day, to keep a flexible schedule for our sellers, as well as manage the in-take process for our staff. Please note: our in-takes are closed in February and August each year for seasonal change-overs. In-take drop-offs generally take about 10 minutes, including filling out the paperwork and labelling your bundles (reviewing of items is *not* done on the spot.) We strive for 1-2 week turnaround time from drop-off; however may be longer depending on how many items you bring in, how many consignor in-takes we have in our queue, and any seasonal inventory transitions that we may be implementing in the storefront. Once we have reviewed your items, we respond via email with the next steps of setting up your consignor account. Navigating to our Vendor Consignment portal, you select an email and password of your choosing. Once we have manually linked your items in our inventory management system, you'll be able to see what items we've selected for the storefront and any upcoming payouts that you may have. Friendly reminder: ensure all of your items are freshly laundered. If any items require laundering at our discretion, we do charge a fee of $1 per piece, which is deducted from your pay-out.
