About The Event
As we recognize this mid-point in the calendar year, its a beautiful moment in time to reflect, release, and recalibrate. Join us for this evening of coming together as women to vision, plan, and bring to life that which you seek to manifest in the next 6 months and beyond ~
Participants will be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience as a group while working independently on one's own project:
guided meditation to connect with Higher Self
somatic breathwork to release that which no longer serves your purpose
prompted journaling to unpack and process thoughts & emotions
tangible creation of take-home Vision Board to visually represent that which you wish to nurture + grow in your life
