Moms Night Out!
A night out for mamas to indulge in self-care, laughter, and connecting with other women! Bring your gal pals or come solo & make new friends 🙌🏽
Our evening will begin with an all-levels 30min Vinyasa Flow Yoga class (no experience necessary!) as we work out stress & tension in the body. Following our practice, we’ll grab some snacks (wine & cheese may be involved 🍷🧀😉) and settle into the hilarious comedy “Bridesmaids”. If you’ve never seen this movie starring Kristin Wiig and Maya Rudolph, you’re in for a treat 😂
$20 covers the yoga class led by studio owner Cher Compton, beverages & snacks through the evening, and the kid-free space to leave your mom responsibilities behind 😉
