Time & Location

About The Event
Birth is intense. It tries us on all levels of our being. There is a way to 'ride' the intensity instead of being pulled under. Connected Breathing offers you a 'surf board' and empowers you to 'ride the waves.' The breathe is our most easily accessed tool. It is constantly with us, and if we can learn to active it, it produces profound shifts in our experience.
Through breath work, a guided meditation, and a series of yoga postures that aid in the labour & delivery experience, this workshop will prepare you with impactful tools to take you through your experience with knowledge and empowerment.
Join us and learn to ride, instead of flounder.
