About The Event
Join us for an evening of connecting in our circle of sisterhood! Our Sacred Ceremony is for mothers and moms-to-be of all ages & stages, honouring the motherhood journey in support of eachother.
We will be coming together in circle for yoga, meditation, journaling, creation of cleansing bath salts, and a sharing time to unite our hearts.
Space is limited to 8 particpants in our intimate studio. Sign up early to reserve your spot!

6pm: opening circle, introductions, grounding & centering
6:20pm: restorative Yin Yoga practice
