About The Event
Join us for this grounding 60min Yin practice, followed by socializing as a group after class! In addition to our online virtual streaming (see separate booking link on our Events page), we also offer this event in studio! Space is limited at our studio, due to social-distancing guidelines. Sign up early to secure your spot!
Following our 60min yoga practice, we'll hold the space for some time to chat and check in with eachother. Feel free to bring along a snack & bevy to enjoy after class!
