About The Event
This 60min Yin practice is a grounding yoga class, followed by socializing as a group afterwards. We are offering our Yin + Vin in-person (see separate booking link for in-studio booking), and we will also continue to host this as a virtual event. Join us from the comfort of your own home, and connect with others online. Following our 60min yoga practice, option to grab some snacks & bevvies from your kitchen, and have some time to chat and check in with eachother.
