Service Description
An intermediate class targeted to mamas looking to build more strength and endurance later in their postpartum journey. Ideal for moms with babes 6+months, we build upon our gentle style of Mom & Baby Yoga with a progression of postures that incorporate more upper body movements and deeper core strengthening, using resistance bands and calisthenic movements. Optional postures bring baby into the poses, while other moments allow for babies to play during this interactive stage of their lives.

Cancellation Policy
Online registration is required for studio classes, a minimum of 2 hours in advance. We do not guarantee a spot in class via drop-ins at the door. At our discretion, sessions are available via advanced registration. 5-minute grace period is extended exclusively to registered members in the case of late arrival. Cancellations and rescheduling can be made up to 2 hours prior to class-start time in order to retain access to the pass. We do not take cancellations over email or phone. Members have full access to managing class registrations by logging in to their account and adjusting under the Bookings options.
